Born in the beautiful city of Rajasthan, India, Abhisekh Mishra, an avid cricket player in his younger days, played District Cricket as a spinner in Shaktinagar before embarking on his culinary journey.  Abhishek’s love for food and cooking developed at a young age, nurtured by his family’s rich culinary traditions. He embarked on his culinary education at a prestigious Indian Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Trivandrum where he honed his technical skills and gained a solid foundation in the art of cooking and soon started working as a kitchen executive trainee with the Leela Mumbai Hotels. He immersed himself in studying various global cuisines, mastering classic techniques while embracing modern culinary trends.

Abhishek’s professional career has taken him to some of the finest kitchens and establishments worldwide. He has worked alongside renowned s, absorbing their expertise and incorporating their influences into his unique style. Through his extensive travels and exposure to diverse culinary cultures, he has developed an exceptional palate and an ability to seamlessly blend the flavours of different traditional cuisines to create harmonious and memorable dishes.
